- Can they customize or work with your budget? Depending on the company, they can offer cost-saving options like reclaiming usable asphalt and include special mixtures for lots that need a harder finish.
- Do they have the right equipment and crew? In some cases, re-paving a large parking lot could be too much for an unprepared paving company. Ask them if they’ve worked on large projects and how it went. (P.S.
