I am a contract packager not an asphalt guy. You not only took the time to educate me about the condition of our asphalt you also explained more than once exactly what Metro would do and how it would be done and on what time table. We were able to work our three shifts, five days a week, and still get all of our parking lots repaired without disruption to our work schedule.

This letter is in recommendation for Metro Paving of Rogers MN. Mike Newcome came out and walked the lot with me to assess needed repair. A recommendation of repair was put together in short order and an estimate presented to us in just a few days. The estimate was clear and easy to understand our needs with attention to detail with nothing left out that was required along with a very fair price. Miller Chevrolet accepted the estimate and agreed to a date to have the resurface project completed. Metro Paving staff came out to meet with us prior to start date to understand our need of access to our building during construction of our new parking lot, the professionalism of their staff was exceptional.
Metro came in to start the grind and overlay on Tuesday June 1st and were completed early afternoon on Thursday June 3rd & had the striping crew out that same day to stripe the completed lot. The speed and attention to detail of the crew was exceptional and beyond our expectations. Every one of their employees were very friendly, professional, and awesome to work with. They had our best interest and needs as high priority during the process as well as the quality of work they performed.
