When it comes to paving, we’re a one-stop shop. We do asphalt paving, curbing, striping, and the occasional concrete project. The majority of our projects are for commercial clients, but we serve residential areas as well. Here’s an overview of our services for both types of clients:

Commercial

Our commercial services are done for more than just businesses—we take on apartment complexes, townhome associations, churches, and sometimes specialty projects like tennis courts. Many of our concrete projects stem from working on an asphalt parking lot, as we can also do curbs and sidewalks. Our asphalt services include:

  • Asphalt overlay
  • Asphalt patching
  • Reclaim and repave
  • Remove and replace
  • Crack seal
  • New construction
  • Laser profiling
  • Sealcoating

No parking lot is too big or too small for us to handle, and each project gets the same expertise and attention. For lots that often have heavy equipment coming through, we create a special mix that’s meant to take on that extra weight.

Residential

For residential clients, our work is focused in the Twin Cities’ west and northwest suburbs, including Plymouth, Minnetonka, Maple Grove, Wayzata, Eden Prairie, Chanhassen, and cities in the surrounding area.

When it comes to driveway paving, the process starts with understanding the type of soil that lies beneath it. For example, Medina, MN driveways sit on top of clay soil. Clay holds a lot of moisture and has trouble draining, which is a problem in the winter months. Our driveways in clay soil areas consist of 6″ of class 5 gravel for the sub-base with a 3″ layer of asphalt. However, North Maple Grove driveways sit on sugar sand, which doesn’t retain water like other types of soil. In that case, we build these driveways using a 4″ base of class 5 gravel with a 2.5″ layer of asphalt.

We do new driveway construction, maintenance, crack sealing, and seal coating. Asphalt overlay is a common service done for residential clients, typically 10–12-year-old driveways. This process is cost effective, but it can only be done if the existing pavement allows for it. When we come out to your home, we’ll asses the asphalt and let you know if overlay is an option.

As the Twin Cities’ paving experts, we’re equipped to handle projects of any size and provide the best possible finished product. Get a quote online today or give us a call to get on our schedule this summer!
